Finalized Inventory Manifest: A complete breakdown of quantities, size runs, and SKU details is required before we begin processing.
Retail Presentation Specs: You must specify any "retail-ready" requirements, such as individual poly-bagging, custom hang-tagging, or the use of specific branded mailers.
Shipping & Backend Integration: We require a standardized CSV file of recipient data to ensure shipping reliability.
Verified Payment: We Require 50% Deposit to get started generating labels and 50% Before final shipments are made
Confirmed In-Hand Date: Because we maintain a rigorous operational schedule, a firm deadline is required to prioritize your shipments in our queue.
Material Verification: For brands not using our in-house blanks, a physical count and quality check of provided garments must be completed before they are entered into our fulfillment system.
